Refunds and credits
These draft notices describe the current beta. They are not a lawyer-reviewed final policy. Contact the operator through your beta invitation for questions or requests.
A returned editing credit and a refunded payment are different things.
01Failed or cancelled videos
Generation reserves one credit. A successful video spends the reservation. When a job fails or is cancelled, its reserved credit is released. A lost worker can create one replacement attempt; the failed attempt is refunded and the replacement has its own reservation. Check your credit ledger and the video status before trying again.
02Revisions
The first two successful revisions per project are free. After that, an odd-numbered revision reserves one credit and the next even-numbered revision is free. A failed paid revision releases its reservation. This credit policy does not promise a cash refund or guarantee that every creative preference can be met.
03Razorpay payments
Credit packs use Razorpay Checkout. koup verifies the payment signature and provider payment status before granting credits, and repeated verification does not grant the same purchase twice. The current local beta uses Razorpay test mode: test transactions are not live purchases. Keep the payment ID and receipt for any payment enquiry; never send a card number or secret key.
04Cash refund requests
There is no automatic cash-refund flow in this beta. Contact the operator through your beta invitation with your account email, payment ID and reason. Eligibility, deadlines and the final commercial refund policy require legal review before live payments. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights.
